Dear Indigos and Parents of Indigos,
I prefer "Sensitives and Sensitive Children" but until we agree I will stick with Indigo. You see we are not separate by category or anything else. We are evolving and part of the human evolution that is aware of it's evolution for perhaps the first time in our history. Everyone has some level of the evolving sensitivity , awareness and consciousness; so we are not as alone as we may have been feeling.
OK here is where I introduce myself, my name is Irene Kabot, I am a teacher and an energy practitioner.
I have adopted the "organizer" role with Meet Up because I did not want to lose the chance to meet the rest of you and your children. I truly believe we are here to assist each other. So I am not setting myself up as an expert but as another "Sensitive" person with a "sensitive " child (now 21 and doing wonderfully) who would love to share experiences.
I live in Peekskill, NY and will be looking for a meeting place in White Plains NY for our first meeting, probably on a Saturday afternoon. I hope that suites most of us. I thought without children for our first meeting.
