I need Help on Getting my powers back.

Hi everyone. I need help!!! I know for a fact that i am Indigo child, becuase i use to be able to manipulate the weather ( mostly the wind). Then i start my training to manipulate fire, but then all of a sudden stopped. I stopped for a total of 5 years! I lost most of my powers. I need help in getting them back, to be able use them again.
