I need answers?

Hi, My name is Eric im a 35 year old father 0f two with one child an indigo.Im myself is an indigo but never really understood about it untill a few years back.Iv struggled with life not knowing why things happen to me or why i can feel other peoples emotions and anger.I have talked to a counslor about my life and things that accure all the time and still i have nothing to help me understand. Please if anyone has the answers i would like to know.
